Our Team Includes:

Daniel P. Pimental, Chief Underwriter, joined EMC in 2008. He has over 20 years experience in the analysis, underwriting, and administration of FHA insured loans. He has a particular expertise in construction loans and all aspects of healthcare. Prior to joining EMC he was a Vice President at Charles River Mortgage Company where he specialized in the preparation of FHA applications for the health care industry. Dan graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in accounting.

Jill Gentile, Senior Loan Analyst, handles loan processing from initial sizing through financial analysis, document review, and submission. A 15- year veteran of commercial banking, Jill joined EMC in 2006 from Eastern Bank, where she held a variety of positions in areas of operations, compliance, and loan administration.

Ellen B. Scalzi, Senior Loan Analyst, joined EMC in May 2010. She is responsible for loan analysis and processing, including financial analysis, due diligence, document review, and submission. Ms. Scalzi has over twenty-one years of experience in FHA financing and loan operations, covering both construction and permanent financing. Previously she was employed as Vice President of Servicing at Charles River Mortgage Company, where she was responsible for the daily activities of supervising an FHA loan portfolio of more than $400,000,000. Ellen has also worked as a financial specialist in the higher education field and is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts.
